The features of the dynamics of two-dimensional pressure waves of weak intensity in a layered bubble liquid are investigated. Bubble liquid with inhomogeneous volume content of the bubbles was used as the calculation medium. The effect of the initial bubble radius on the wave propagation is analyzed. The possibility of formation of pressure peaks near the boundary between layers is deployed.

Problem: To study of the dynamics of weak perturbations in a stratified bubble liquid
Methods: The problem is solved numerically using the Euler method. The reliability of the results is achieved by using the fundamental laws of continuum mechanics and comparing the results with the experimental work of other authors.
In a study was determined:
The propagation of a pulse signal in a region that is piecewise inhomogeneous in terms of the volume content of the bubbles is accompanied by the formation of pressure profiles in the transverse direction with peaks near the boundaries between the layers. This effect is due to the difference in the speed of the wave in layers with differing volumetric gas contents.
