The predecessor of our journal was the proceedings of works of the Institute of Mechanics, was publishing in 1996–2014, 10 issues of which were popular with both readers and authors. In this proceedings, in addition to the original articles, was publish works of participants in regular seminars and conferences held by the Mavlyutov Institute of Mechanics, Ufa Scientific Center, Russian Academy of Sciences.
At 2016, the proceedings began to be published in the format of an electronic journal called ”Proceedings of the Institute of Mechanics of the Ufa Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences“.
In 2018, it was decided to rename the journal: ”Multiphase Systems“
The Journal intended for researchers, teachers, graduate students and senior students. Articles in Russian and English are accepted for publication in ”Multiphase Systems“ issues. Works in excess of 40 pages are accepted for publication by a special decision of the Editorial Board of the Journal.
The main goals of the Journal editorial board are: gaining credibility among readers by a high level of publications, their relevance, theoretical novelty and practical significance; operational coverage of research on the profile of the Journal; professional expertise of published scientific articles.
The Journal observes with internationally accepted publishing ethics rules and states that there is no violation of any generally accepted norms and rules in a journal articles. The texts of articles published in the Journal are open for free access to all Internet users, regardless of their category and location.
